  1. ACCEPTANCE OF SALE

THE BUYER CAN ONLY COME INTO THE CONTRACT OF SALE IF THE ORDER PLACED BY THE BUYER IS ACCEPTED BY THE SELLER (HERE: THE STATIONERYSHOP.IN).

THE BUYER SHOULD PROPERLY ADDRESS WHAT ALL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED WHILE PLACING THE ORDER, ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED AND ACCEPTED BY THE SELLER, THE SELLER IS ONLY LIABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDERED PRODUCTS, FOR ANY REQUIREMENT OF ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS THE BUYER SHOULD INTIMATE THE SELLER OR PLACE A NEW ORDER.

2. PRICES

THE PRICE MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE ARE INCLUDING TAXES, SO THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA TAX CHARGED ON ANY COMMODITY 

4. SHIPPIING AND CARRIAGE 

THE SHIPPING COST WILL VARY ACCORDING TO THE PINCODE, WE ALSO OFFER LOCAL PICKUP, WHERE CUSTOMER LIVING NEARBY CAN ORDER THE PRODUCT ONLINE AND DO A SELF PICKUP FROM OUR STORE LOCATED AT: CHOUDHARY COMPLEX, MAIN ROAD, MARBLE MARKET, TRIKUTA NAGAR EXT, JAMMU, 180012

5. PAYMENTS 

PAYMENTS ARE TO ME MADE IN ADVANCE AND WE ASSURE YOU THE SAFE AND SECURE PAYMENT THROUGH RAZORPAY.

6. DAMAGE.

Seller is not liable for any damages to goods sustained during shipment. Buyer is responsible for filing any damage claims with freight carriers and is subject to the rules of the freight carriers regarding the timing and processing of claims. IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, COSTS OF DELAY, ANY FAILURE OF DELIVERY, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COSTS OF LOST OR DAMAGED DATA OR DOCUMENTATION, OR LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES, ARISING FROM ANY SOURCE, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION UPON DAMAGES AND CLAIMS IS INTENDED TO APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN BREACHED OR HAVE PROVEN INEFFECTIVE.

7. RIGHT TO DEFEND

IF ANY SPECIAL PRODUCT REQUIREMENT IS REQUESTED BY THE BUYER AND THAT PRODUCT DOES NOT FALL IN THE CRIETRIA OF THE SELLERS PRODUCTS. THE SELLER WILL THEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND HIMSELF FOR ANY DAMAGED CAUSED BY THE THIRD PARTY PRODUCT.

8. WARRANTY

BEING A RETAILER THE WARRANTY WILL NOT BE MANAGED BY US, TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS THE BUYER SHOULD CONTACT THE CUSTOMAER CARE NO. OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED.

9. DELAYED SHIPPING

Seller shall not be liable for any default or delay in the delivery of all or any goods resulting either directly or indirectly from any cause beyond the control of Seller.

10. RETURNS 

RETURS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. THE PRODUCT IS IN ITS ORIGNAL CONDITION, WITH ORIGNAL BILL, BOX, LABELS ETC.
  2. THERE WILL BE NO RETURN IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
  3. THE TIME PERIOD TO RETURN IS 4 DAYS
  4. ONLY EXCHANE IS APPLICABLE IN RETURN POLICY
  5. NO REFUND WILL BE INNITIATED FOR THE RETURN ONLY EXCHANGE WILL BE ALLOWED
  6. NO RETURN IS ACCEPTED ON PRODUCT SOLD DURING THE FESTIVE OR ANY SPECIFIC SALE PERIOD.
