RETURNS
RETURS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN FOLLOWING CASES:
- THE PRODUCT IS IN ITS ORIGNAL CONDITION, WITH ORIGNAL BILL, BOX, LABELS ETC.
- THERE WILL BE NO RETURN IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- THE TIME PERIOD TO RETURN IS 4 DAYS
- ONLY EXCHANE IS APPLICABLE IN RETURN POLICY
- NO REFUND WILL BE INNITIATED FOR THE RETURN ONLY EXCHANGE WILL BE ALLOWED
- NO RETURN IS ACCEPTED ON PRODUCTS SOLD DURING THE FESTIVE OR ANY SPECIFIC SALE PERIOD.
- ONLY TECHNICAL FAULTS IN THE PRODUCT WILL BE ENTERTAINED FOR RETURN
- NO DAMAGE PRODUCT WILL BE ALLOWED FOR EXCHANGE
MAKE SURE TO RIGHT PROPER REASON FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT, YOUR REQUEST OF RETURN WILL ONLY BE INITIATED FURTHER ONLY IF IT COMPLIES WITH OUR RETURN POLICY. YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT FROM YOUR END, THE SHIPPING CHARGE ON THE RETURN WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA.
Return costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF THE ORDER IS PLACED AND NOT YET SHIPPED, YOU CAN CANCEL IT WITHIN 24HRS. Other than that we do not Entertain any Cancellations for orders placed post 24 hours of the order time

NO we will NOT take back a purchase if you’ve opened the seal.
Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?
If the goods are returned because of any product damage, StatMo will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes – e.g. if you ordered a pack of 6 pens, but you now want a pack of 12 and wish to exchange it – StatMo.in would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

RETURN POLICY
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
